How To Fix The "No Valid Payment Method Available" Error

Do this if you encounter an issue with no valid payment method available.

If you're trying to set up your funnel and you are running into the issue "no valid payment method available," here's what to do:

  • Log in to the Stripe dashboard of the account connected to Thrive Funnels.

  • Once logged in, check the top of the page for any error or "information required" messages.

  • Go to Settings. Then click Business and review the following:

    • Account Details

    • Account Status

    • Business Details

  • Ensure all fields are filled in and complete.

  • Navigate to Settings. Then go to Payments, and then Payment Methods in Stripe.

  • Review which payment methods are enabled and which aren’t.

    • If your account setup is complete and payment methods are still not active, you should be able to enable them here.

  • If the issue persists after verifying these steps, reach out to Stripe Support for further assistance.
