Follow the steps to generate and share a personalized login link.
Log in to your Thrive Funnels dashboard.
Click on Memberships in the main menu.
Click on Generate Magic Link.
Use the search bar to find the customer by their name or email.
Select the correct customer from the list.
Choose how to share the link:
Send via Email – The platform will automatically email the customer their access link.
Copy and Share Manually – Click Generate Link, then copy and send it via chat, message, or email.
Each magic link is unique to the specific customer.
Do not share a magic link with anyone other than the intended recipient, as it grants direct access to their account.
When to Use a Magic Link:
The customer isn’t receiving password reset emails.
They forgot their password and can’t log in.
They lost access to their account.
The "Forgot Password" feature isn’t working for them.
