Head over to the Payments section on the left side bar and click on Coupons

Once you're inside the Coupons tab, click on the + Create Coupon button

Fill out the Coupon Details

  1. Coupon Name

    • Enter a name for your coupon. This is just for your reference (e.g., SpringSale2025, VIPDiscount, etc.).

  2. Coupon Code

    • Type the actual code customers will enter (e.g., WELCOME20, FREESHIP).

    • You can also click Generate to auto-create a unique code.

  3. Coupon Type

    • Select the type of discount you want to give:

      • Percentage – e.g., 20% off

      • Fixed Amount – e.g., $5 off

      • (Options may vary based on platform setup)

  4. Start Date & Time

    • Choose when the coupon becomes active.

  5. End Date & Time

    • Choose when the coupon expires. Leave it blank if the coupon doesn’t have an end date.

  6. Optional Settings (Tick as needed):

    • Limit the total number of times the coupon can be redeemed
Set this if you want a limited number of uses (e.g., only 50 redemptions allowed).

    • Limit this coupon to selected products/offers
Use this if the coupon should only apply to specific items or services.

    • Limit to one use per customer
Prevents the same person from using the coupon multiple times.

    • Also apply to recurring/future payments
Use this if the coupon should apply to future subscription charges.

Once all fields are filled out and you’ve set your preferences, hit Create to save the coupon.
