On your Dashboard, click on Settings
Scroll down and click on Integrations then click Connect on Facebook and Instagram option
After clicking Connect, you will be prompt to log in to your Facebook account.
Note: To receive Instagram messages in Thrive Funnels, your Instagram account must be linked to your Facebook account beforehand. Thrive Funnels fetches Instagram messages exclusively through Facebook integration, so without this connection, your Instagram inbox will not appear during setup.
When logged in, it will also let you choose what Facebook page you wanted to connect to Thrive Funnels.
Upon adding the Facebook page, you will be prompt to map the Lead Generation Form fields with CRM. You can choose to Configure field mapping or to do it later.
Once you're done, you will start receiving Facebook and Instagram messages straight to your Conversations tab in Thrive Funnels.
