How to Set a Specific Phone Number for Sending SMS Automations

Learn how to set a specific phone number for sending SMS in automations when you have multiple numbers.

From your Dashboard, go to the Automations tab and open the workflow you want to update.

Inside the workflow, click on the Settings tab.

Scroll down to the Communication section. Under From Number, click the dropdown and select the specific phone number you want to use for sending SMS in this workflow.

Click Save in the upper right corner.
