How to Set Up Different Availabilities for Multiple Calendars (Same User)

Learn how to assign different availability schedules to multiple calendars for the same user, so you can organize various appointment types and prevent scheduling conflicts.

Navigate to Calendars, then click on Calendar Settings.

From here, you can either:

  • Create a new calendar, or

  • Edit an existing one

Under the Staff & Location section, make sure the same user is assigned to each calendar.

To set the availability for each calendar, Go to the Availability tab, then click on Booking Availability.

Customize the Schedule

  • Click Edit

  • Select Customize schedule for this calendar only

Define the specific days and times for this calendar, then click Save.

Repeat the same steps for your other calendars.

Test your booking link just to make sure everything looks correct.
