First, head over to Sites tab then select Chat Widget
Click +New, choose your desired Chat Widget and click Select
When setting up a chat widget, the available customization options depend on the type of chat widget you select. And for this example, we used the All in one Chat Widget.
There are 3 windows that you need to customize on a chat widget.
Widget - Allows you to select the themes, icons and welcome messages. You can also select the avatar and placement of chat widget and configure its size.
Chat Window - customize the title, intro message, and contact form settings to create a more personalized experience. You can also add your brand URL for better visibility and ensure compliance by enabling consent checkboxes.

Note: The available options in the configuration may vary depending on the selected chat widget type.
Messaging - Here you can configure the acknowledgement of message and icons as well as the language of chat widget.
Once you're done customizing, you can now embed your chat widget on your funnel or website. To do that, click on Get Code on the upper right side of the screen
then click Copy
