From your left-hand menu, click Sites, then choose whether your checkout page is under Funnels or Websites.
In this example, we’ll go to Funnels.
Select the funnel where your checkout page is located.
At the top, click on the Settings tab.
Scroll down until you find the option Require Credit Card for $0 Purchases.
Toggle this setting off, then click Save to apply the changes.
