Before setting up an order bump, make sure you have already created a product for it. If you have not created one yet, you can follow this tutorial on how to create and configure a product.
After adding a product for your order bump, head over to the Sites tab an on the funnels section, click on the funnel where you wanted to add an order bump
Inside the funnel, click on the funnel step or page where your check out page or order form is located and click on the Products tab
Then click on + Add Product
Select the product along with its corresponding price from the dropdown menu. You also have the option to add an alternative product name, which will appear as the order bump product name in the dropdown under the Advanced tab when setting up the order bump.
Then click Additional Options to expand
Select the Bump Product option and click Save
Once Saved, You can see that a the product is tagged as "Bump"
Next is to enable order bump in the order form. To do that, click on the Overview tab of the step or page where the order form is then click Edit
Click on the order form and go to the Advanced tab to show the form settings
On the Advanced tab, scroll down and find the Order Bump Options section and fill in the order bump details:
Enable Order Bump
Toggle the "Enable Order Bump" switch to turn on the order bump feature for your checkout page.
Select Product
Choose the product you want to offer as an order bump from the dropdown list.
Add a Headline
Enter a short and catchy headline that grabs the customer's attention and highlights the offer.
Add OTO Headline
Fill in the OTO (One-Time Offer) Headline to create urgency or emphasize the special nature of the offer.
Step 5: Add OTO Text
Write a brief OTO description that explains the value of the order bump and encourages customers to add it to their purchase.
Add Image URL (Optional)
Upload or link an image for your order bump to make it more visually appealing and draw more attention.
Enable by Default (Optional)
Toggle on "Enable by Default" if you want the order bump to be automatically selected when the customer reaches the checkout page.
Click Save
After filling out all the fields, click "Save" to apply your changes and activate the order bump on your checkout page.
