Method 1: Add the Membership Offer to the Global Product
Go to Payments in your GoHighLevel dashboard.
Click Products.
Locate the global product used in your invoice and click Edit.
Scroll down to the Pricing section.
Click on the Product under the Prices section
Click Addidional Options under the Pricing Section
Toggle on Membershoip Offer then select the course or membership offer you want to grant.
Click Save.
Once the invoice is paid for this product, the contact will automatically receive access to the selected course or membership.
Method 2: Grant the Offer Using Automation
This method allows you to grant course access using a workflow when payment is received.
Go to Automation and click Workflows.
Click Create Workflow.
Add a trigger Payment Received
Configure the trigger and add a filter to run when the specific global product used in the invoice is paid.

Save the trigger
Add an action and select Grant Offer.
Choose the membership offer or course you want to grant.

Save Action
Save and publish the workflow.
When the invoice payment is completed, the workflow will automatically grant access to the selected course or membership offer.
