Here's a detailed guide to help you grant access to your course manually for an individual or a group of people.
Open the record of the person you want to grant course access to.
Navigate to the Course Offers tab.
Select the desired course offer.
If you have an automation set up for tags (e.g., a tag that grants access), you can also apply the relevant tag to trigger the access.
Once selected, the individual will receive an email confirming their access, typically titled “New Offer Access Granted.”
For bulk imports, a slightly different process is required. Follow these steps:
Go to the automation section of your platform.
Start from scratch and name your workflow (e.g., “Add to Offer on Tag”).
Set the trigger to be a tag (e.g., “Add to Offer”).
Add an action to grant access to a specific course offer when the trigger (tag) is applied.
Ensure the workflow is published and saved for future use.

Click Export > Change File Type> Choose CSV then lastly, click Save As
