How to Use the Course Access Email Template

Here’s a quick guide on setting up a course access email for your course.

If you're looking to add a course access email to your course, here is how to do that:

Navigate to the Automation section on the left menu.

Scroll down to find the Course Access Email template.

Duplicate this template before making any edits to avoid overwriting the original.

Click on the duplicated template to edit it. Make sure to:

Select Offer. Choose the appropriate offer(s) that grant access to the course.

Customize Email Details. Enter the sender's name, email, subject line, and update the course name. Avoid using terms that might trigger spam filters.

And, update the URL. Ensure the login URL is correctly set for accessing the course.

Save the changes, then click on Publish to activate the email. Ensure you save again after publishing.
