If you might want to receive a notification when someone buys a course, or when someone books a call, here is how to do that.
Go to Automation.
Click Create Workflow and select Start from Scratch.
Choose a trigger event like Offer Access Granted, Appointment Books, Payment Went Through, or Lead Form Submitted.
Save the trigger and add any necessary filters.

Click Add Action, select Send Internal Notification, and choose Email or Notification.
Customize the notification with the subject and message.
Enter the recipient's email if using Email.
Click Save and Publish.
