Step 1: Create a Form
Go to Sites → Forms and click + Add Form
Choose whether to Create from Scratch or Use a Template, then click Create
Customize your form:
Add or remove fields as needed
Adjust the design to match your branding
Once you're done, save your form
Step 2: Add the Form to Your Page
Method 1: Embed the Form (Using Embed Code)
Best for embedding forms on external websites or custom builders.
Open your form and click Integrate
Select your preferred embed layout (Inline embed is most commonly used)
Click Copy Embed Code
To use outside Thrive Funnels:
Paste the code into a Custom Code block in your site builder
To use inside Thrive Funnels:
Open the page where you want to add the form
Add a Custom Code element
Click Open Editor and paste the embed code
Method 2: Use the Form Element (Inside Thrive Funnels)
Best for a more native and flexible setup within your funnel.
Drag and drop the Form Element onto your page
Select your form using the Form Picker
Once Form is Added, ddjust placement and styling as needed.
