Here's how to update thumbnails for your lessons.
Select the lesson you want to put a thumbnail. Find Post Thumbnail.
Click Select Image then Upload a New File.
Ensure thumbnails are in the aspect ratio of 16x9.
Choose the file from your device and hit Upload.
Click Save at the upper right to confirm your changes.
