If you want to change your favicon and logo for the course area, or maybe you want to change it on a per course basis, here's how to do that.
For site-wide changes:
Go to Memberships, then Courses, then Settings, and navigate to Site Details.
Scroll down to the Branding section where you can update the logo and favicon for the entire site.
For course-specific changes:
Go to Courses, then Products, and select the course you want to edit the logo and/or favicon.
Inside the course, click on Details and scroll down to Customization.
Look for Favicon Image and Logo Image to update course-specific favicon or logo.
