This is how to automatically add leads to a pipeline in Thrive Funnels.

  • Ensure the pipeline (e.g., "Blueprint Pipeline") is set up.

  • Go to Automation, click Create Workflow. Then go to Start from Scratch.

  • Choose triggers like Form Submitted or Tag Added, and add filters if needed.

  • Add an action and select Create/Update Opportunity.

  • Choose the pipeline (e.g., Blueprint Pipeline). Then, select the stage where the contact should be added.

  • Use {Contact.Name} in curly brackets to personalize each Opportunity Name.

  • Optionally specify a source (e.g., Lead Magnet). Then, add a value if needed.

  • Set to Open (or another status as per your process).

  • Rename the workflow to clearly indicate its purpose.

  • Save, Publish, and Save Again to activate the automation.
