To ensure seamless information flow between the forms you have in Thrive Funnels, activate sticky contact for passing data from the first form to the second.
To activate sticky contact, first is to navigate Options.
Scroll down and ensure Sticky Contact is turned on.
If Sticky Contact is on but not working, check how the forms are embedded.
